Celebrities such as Janice Dickinson, Gretchen Rossi, Nikki Lund and Shanna Moakler have all raved about the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center’s HydraFacial.

HydraFacial treatments use a unique, patented Vortex-Fusion® delivery system, and a multi-step application process. This approach cleanses, exfoliates, and extracts impurities and dead skin cells all at once, while at the same time replenishing vital skin nutrients such as antioxidants, peptides and hyaluronic acid. This unique delivery system ensures effective reversal of skin imperfections such as fine lines & wrinkles, and hollow, loose skin; and gives instantaneous, long-term results.

During my HydraFacial appointment with Brita Beseth, esthetician at the Med Spa, I got great tips on how to keep my skin clear and healthy. She recommends getting a facial every month; it’s great for circulation and impactions. Sunscreen and antioxidants are essential products to incorporate in your daily routine. Try to use a scrub once a day and wash your face morning and night. Also, it’s best not to hold your phone next to your face, always use an ear piece or speaker phone to keep the bacteria away from you skin! How you sleep is also extremely important. It’s best to sleep on your back so your skin can breathe. Try your hardest to avoid touching your face throughout the day and picking zits; these are common mistakes people make that lead to acne. I was shocked to find out that moisturizer isn’t actually beneficial for your skin; “Moisturizer actually makes your skin lazy,” said Brita, “when you give an external moisture to your skin, what happens is your body doesn’t make its own.” Don’t pull away from moisturizer right away, you have to ween yourself off of it; use a hyaluronic acid instead and incorporate growth factors.

My skin looks and feels amazing after my Hydrafacial and incorporating Brita’s beauty tips into my routine. I had an incredible experience at this MedSpa and will definitely be returning.
